Services for You

I offer two types of services, depending on how much of the selling process you would like to handle yourself. Here you can download detailed Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Package 1 – Full Service

This package is ideal if you would like to sell your items but do not want to deal with photography, listings, communication with buyers, or shipping.

Simply sort through the items you would like to sell and hand them over to me. I will take care of the entire process for you.

What's Included:
Professional photography of your items
Measuring and recording dimensions
Creating item descriptions
Posting listings on suitable selling platforms
Communication with potential buyers
Packing and shipping sold items
Transferring your earnings after the sale

Items are typically listed for sale for approximately 4–6 weeks. If an item does not sell within that period, we will discuss the next steps. I can either return the items to you or, upon your approval, donate them to a local charity shop.

Items I Accept:
Seasonal clothing and footwear
Items with an estimated resale value above CZK 100
Clothing, shoes, and fashion accessories
Quality branded items
Children's clothing, toys, and small equipment
Small electronics by prior agreement

Acceptance Requirements

Items must be clean, freshly washed, free of pet hair, and in good condition. Shoes should be cleaned inside and out.

Luxury and collectible brands are accepted only with proof of authenticity, such as a purchase receipt or other verifiable evidence. Items whose authenticity cannot be verified will not be accepted for sale.

Each item is assessed individually. I reserve the right to decline items that do not meet the above requirements or that are unlikely to generate sufficient buyer interest.

Items I Do Not Accept:
Dirty, damaged, torn, or unpleasant-smelling items
Items with a resale value below CZK 100
Items from smoking households
Heavily damaged goods
Items with very little chance of being sold
Out-of-season clothing
Counterfeit items

Package 2 – Sales Preparation

This option is suitable for those who prefer to manage the sale themselves but would like help preparing their items.

You provide the items, and I will photograph them, take measurements, and create an Excel inventory sheet. I will then send you the photos and spreadsheet and return all items to you.

You can then simply create your own listings and communicate directly with potential buyers.
